3.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on bajee you must be at least 21 years old. We may request proof of age for verification at any time. Use of an account by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Creation Rules

• Each person may operate only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same IP address, device or family member's name is prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any third party is entirely your responsibility.
• If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, notify bajee support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bajee reserves the right to verify the identity of all users. For withdrawal requests or when certain limits are exceeded, we may request a national ID card, passport or other documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bajee offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus the deposit amount must be at least ৳200. To withdraw bonus funds, the combined total of the original deposit and the bonus must be wagered 20 times (20x).

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonus winnings are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• bajee reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time.
• If bonus misuse is detected, the account may be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

bajee has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Users can advance to higher levels through regular play. Each level carries a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver and up to 0.8% weekly cashback for Gold.

To receive VIP benefits the account must be active and in good standing. VIP status may be cancelled for any rule violation.
